Bubbles is one of the three members of the Powerpuff Girls. The sweetest of all three sisters, with perky blonde pigtails, huge blue eyes, and the cutest smile, Bubbles represents sugar and is the glue that holds the three sisters together. Bubbles loves. She hugs. She smiles. She is the most loving to Professor Utonium, and is quick to cuddle and stand up for all animals (except for cockroaches, since they're icky; I personally can't say that I blame her...). She is also very polite, to the point where she actually once just asks a monster to leave the town instead of fighting him (this method incidentally actually works on said creature, and is possibly one of the most hilarious moments in the entire series, since it shows that politeness and common courtesy often wins over brute force- Go Bubbles!)

However, even though she acquiesces very quickly to her sisters' and friends' demands, she can become very independent and aggressive if pressed. So don't mess with her! ;)
